We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, images, and descriptions of our products. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate, and fragrance is subjective and may be perceived differently from person to person.

Authenticity

We sell genuine products sourced through our suppliers. We are not an authorized dealer of every brand we carry, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brand owners whose products we resell. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products offered for sale.

Pricing and billing

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown exclude sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. Discount codes are valid for the period and on the terms stated at the time they are offered, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order and codes may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to cancel an order where a discount code has been used in a way we reasonably consider abusive, including repeated use of a first-order code.
